We look after the Exige in every form, from routine servicing to our full V6 Performance-Pack, including modified and converted cars such as Komo-Tec Exiges. Owners travel from across the UK to us, and even from the Isle of Man. On one V6 that had been laid up for some time, an upright failed during our post-service test drive, so the problem was found in our workshop rather than on the road with its owner.

What's included in each service?
- A Interim
- Entry-level annual check including an engine oil and filter change, multi-point visual checkover, topping up of all fluids, and inspection of wear items such as tyres and brakes.
- B Full
- Full service typically at 12,500-24,000 miles or every 2-3 years. Includes all Interim Service items plus pollen and air filter replacement, spark plug replacement, and a full brake fluid flush.
- C Major
- Major service typically at the 25,000 or 50,000-mile mark. Includes all Full Service items plus transmission/gearbox oil renewal, fuel filter replacement, and timing/cam belt replacement, required by Lotus every 4 years regardless of mileage.
- D Extended
- Cyclical checkover for older and classic Lotus models such as the Esprit and Elan, including coolant renewal and servicing of auxiliary components.
- E Extended
- Cyclical checkover for older and classic Lotus models such as the Esprit and Elan, including supercharger drive belt renewal where equipped and servicing of auxiliary components.
- F Comprehensive
- Highly comprehensive checkover for older and classic Lotus models involving a full inspection of the engine and transmission for leaks, spark plug replacement, coolant flush, drive belt replacement on supercharged models, and a thorough transmission oil change.
All pricing is VAT inclusive and includes specialist labour.

Common Lotus Exige Jobs
V6 clutch replacements
Standard and uprated clutches, including the 410 clutch fitted to the Exige 350. With the gearbox removed, it is the ideal opportunity to add a limited slip differential.
Uprights
We fit updated uprights to V6 cars, with Spitfire Engineering uprights available as an upgrade.
Supercharger belts
The supercharger drive belt on V6 cars is replaced as part of the service when due.
Air conditioning condensers
On the Exige, the air conditioning condenser also supports the cooling fans, so a worn condenser should be replaced promptly.
Sump baffles
Sump baffles are inspected and replaced as part of a service where required.
Geometry
Fast road and track geometry on our Logik 6 alignment system, ideally carried out after a service or once new suspension components are fitted.
Our V6 Performance-Pack combines an intake kit, our full exhaust system and a smaller supercharger pulley, followed by a bespoke map for the individual car rather than a generic file. On an Exige 410, our exhaust, a TL intake kit and TPW mapping on the original ECU produced 485 HP and 400 lb-ft. See them all on our Performance page.

- Yes. Our post-purchase inspections include an over-rev report on V6 cars, showing how the engine has been treated by previous owners.
- Can you set up my Exige for track days?
- Yes. We set up geometry for fast road or track use, and our larger repackable backbox helps cars meet circuit noise limits.
- Which service does my Exige V6 need?
- The Interim Service (A) is the annual check with an oil and filter change. The Full Service (B) is typically every 12,500 to 24,000 miles or every 2 to 3 years, and the Major Service (C) at the 25,000 or 50,000 mile mark. Prices for each model are in the table above.
