Lotus handling depends on precise geometry and healthy suspension components, but over time rubber bushes perish and dampers wear. Our suspension refresh strips the system down, refurbishes the wishbones with zinc plating and powder coating, and replaces the bushes and ball joints. Performance dampers and a bespoke alignment, set up for road or track, complete the work.

- What does a full refresh include?
- We strip everything down, refurbish the wishbones with zinc plating and powder coating, replace the bushes and ball joints, then fit performance dampers and carry out a bespoke alignment.
- Do I need the full refresh?
- Not always. We do everything from a simple geometry check to a full nut-and-bolt suspension overhaul, and we'll tell you what your car needs.
- Can you set it up for track days?
- Yes. The alignment is tailored to how you use the car, from fast road driving to dedicated track work.
